13/11/2015: Global Graphene Technologies (GGT) officially enters into Term Sheet with RS Mines (PVT) Ltd to become the parent company to RS Mines (PVT) Ltd. GGT will be raising capital in the coming months, ahead of its planned ASX listing in late 2017. The capital will be used to finance a comprehensive drilling plan to confirm the overall value of the Queen’s Mine graphite resource located in Sri Lanka, fully owned by RS Mines, and to achieve JORC compliance reporting standards.
Further capital will be used to develop the resource into one of the most prominent sources for the manufacture of graphene.
Global Graphene Technologies plans to establish a number of graphite and graphene-related subsidiaries in the sectors of micronised crystalline vein graphite supply, graphene oxide supply and energy storage device applications, to capitalise on growing demand for graphene which has the ability to disrupt the markets of solar, medical, and energy storage.
Global Graphene Technologies will be approaching investors in due course who have an interest in graphite, graphene, or mining, and ideally hopes to attract investors who can also bring strategic expertise. In addition to Australia and Sri Lanka, it could attract investors from Canada, the US, the UK, China and Japan as they are nations that have substantial needs for graphene and graphite-related products.

08/10/2015: The Public Listing Co. has been engaged to assist with the development of RS Mines into a leading global graphene technology company to leverage the resources available from The Queen's Mine. This includes the initial corporate structuring required to prepare the company for listing on the ASX, capital raising, and business improvement activities to maximise the value of the group.
The Public Listing Co’s Managing Director, Mr. James Mawhinney commented on the partnership.

13/11/2014: VLF (EM16) scan report executed by Professor K.M Prematilaka, this scan being the first in partnership with Bora Bora Resources. The scan provided a positive result with a further four veins being detected at an altitude of 450M above sea level, these only increasing in size as the mine progresses to lower depths.
